- OVH: OVH is a provider of hosting solutions, thanks to which our website functions optimally. All the data we collect will be processed in a legal and honest manner on secure servers. OVH has several security certificates such as PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1 type 2 and SOC 2 type 2.
We may share your personal data with our partners or service providers for the purposes listed in this privacy policy.
6. How is my data stored?
Your personal data will be stored exclusively on our company’s PCs or cloud servers to which only our company has access codes.
7. Is my data protected?
HM Services has taken all possible technical and organisational measures to avoid a data breach. Our partners also meet technical and organisational security standards to reasonably protect your personal data in accordance with the relevant security standards. However, we cannot guarantee that online data transmissions will be protected against intrusion, so we ask that you exercise reasonable care in the use of your devices and personal identifiers.
8. How long will my data be kept?
The period in which your personal data is kept depends on the purpose for which it was collected. The data will be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the business. For example, if you request our services, your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to that request and to provide you with the necessary support, materials and communication to ensure the proper management of the relationship. In the event of an intrusion into its computer systems, HM Services will immediately take all necessary measures to reduce the damage to a minimum.
- Right to access
If you are able to prove your identity, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data. Thus, you have the right to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom the data are transmitted, the criteria used to determine the duration of the data retention, and the rights you can exercise over your data.
- Right to rectification
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can be corrected. {2 options depending on whether or not the site has a “user account” option}:- It is primarily the responsibility of the User to make the necessary modifications to their “user account” themselves, but you can also make a written request to us.
- If necessary, please inform us of any changes via our contact form or by e-mail. We will correct your data as soon as possible.
- Right to erasure (or “right to be forgotten”)
